À dominante de grenache gris, Chrysopée 2019 est un grand blanc de Méditerranée. Très intense, presque doré, il offre dès le premier coup d’œil la hauteur de ses ambitions. Car c’est un vin à vocation gastronomique, au fruit charnu, mûr et frais, qui reprend en bouche ces attributs de consistance, avec une fraîcheur, une vibration et une salinité imparables. Un superbe blanc de Méditerranée, à savourer ou à garder encore quelques années.Vinification:
Hand harvested in the morning in crates, whole grapes pressed, lightly settled at 12°C for 24 hours, aged in 6-month demi-muids with stirring on the lees for the first 2 months.Color:
