Wine:

The 2023 White Côtes du Roussillon Altaïr is a blend of Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, and Macabeu from 70-year-old vines rooted in schist soils. This brilliantly executed combination delivers a fresh, mineral-driven structure, marked by remarkable purity, energy, and an almost silky texture. Its sharp, vibrant character makes it a standout, with a complex profile and beautifully refined bitterness that extends through the long finish. A Selection Committee favorite, rated 93/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing and light settling. 40% of the volume aged in demi-muids and egg-shaped concrete tanks, 60% in stainless steel vats.
