Wine:

Elegant and refined, the 2022 Red IGP Côtes Catalanes Natural Grenache bursts with fresh, expressive flavors of ripe red berries. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Matured in concrete tanks until bottling.

Color:

Intense red with garnet reflections.

Nose:

Delicate peony aromas from the Grenache, enhanced by subtle spicy notes.

Palate:

A light, subtly extracted structure, with bright, expressive fruit flavors and a lingering, mouthwatering finish.

Temperature:

Serve at 14 to 16°C.

Grilled meats, roast white meat, honey and spice duck aiguillettes, goat colombo, rack of lamb roasted with thyme.
