Wine:

Modern and fresh, the 2021 Red Exopto Rioja Bozeto benefits from a sober aging process that preserves its fruitiness and purity. A blend of Grenache (60%), Tempranillo, and Graciano, it unfurls a delicate aromatic bouquet of fruit and spices, perfectly ripe, with hints of smoky stone against a backdrop of macerated black fruits. The structure has juicy flavors of fruit, delicate tannins, and great balance. Perfect with grilled meats or roast poultry! Rated 93/100 by the Comité.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in 15kg crates. Fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats. Maceration for 1 week. Aged for 6 months in concrete vats and oak foudres.

Color:

Intense red with purple highlights.

Nose:

Pure and delicate, with aromas of macerated black fruits, smoky notes and a delicate minerality, the nose expresses a perfectly mature juice.

Palate:

This wine delivers a juicy bouquet fresh fruit flavors, with silky, coated tannins, a balanced structure and a lingering finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
