Wine:

The 2021 white Jurançon Costa Blanca is a sweet wine with 86 grams of sugar that will win everyone over, as the sweetness gives way to maximum tension and minerality. With sovereign balance, it presents an abundance of salinity and freshness, supported by high-quality barrel aging that enhances its expansive structure. A model of craftsmanship! Rated 96/100 by RVF.

Vinification:

Hand harvested mid-October 2021. Vinification without de-stemming, direct pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in barrels. Aged 12 months on lees in 225-liter barrels. Production of 1,200 bottles. Residual sugar: 86 g/l (Moelleux).
