Wine:

Fresh and light, the 2021 Red Bituit et Maximus Collines Rhodaniennes IGP is a wine to be savored. Its delicate aromas of fruit, its notes of violet, and slight smoky touches make up a delicate wine, with crisp flavors fruit and delicate tannins. A red wine that is already ready to drink with charcuterie or a shallot steak. Rated 91/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested and mechanical, vinification in concrete tanks with temperature control. Maceration for 3 weeks with gentle extraction.
Aged for 10 months in concrete tanks.

Color:

Bright red, of good intensity, with carmine-violine reflections.

Nose:

Fresh and light, marked by slightly smoky aromas and notes of violet.

Palate:

Fresh and delicious, this delicate wine will charm you thanks to its simplicity, its lightness and its fine tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Board of artisanal cured meats, braised or grilled meats, Toulouse sausage, cheeses.

Cellar aging:
