Adjacent to the Chablis Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre and facing the Grand Cru Blanchot, the 2022 White Chablis Bréchain Old Vines offers a captivating aromatic profile, with refined notes of seashells, chalk, and a delicate floral touch, complemented by perfectly ripened white fruit. On the palate, it is both structured and generous, reflecting the richness of the vintage and the depth brought by old vines. Its precise minerality is balanced by an elegant weight and a smooth, rounded character, making it an excellent choice for pairing at the table.
