Wine:

The 2022 Burgundy White delivers both generosity and pleasure. Sourced from vines over 60 years old, it draws depth and character from its Puligny origins.

This is a vibrant, mineral-driven wine with bright citrus and white fruit aromas. The palate is broad yet fresh, offering balance, precision, and a mouthwatering finish. An impressive entry point that sets a high standard from the start.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vines located in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet, Lieu-dit La Combe, direct pressing without crushing, static settling for 48 hours, aged for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which are new, then 6 months in stainless steel vats, bottled according to the lunar calendar.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Citrus notes punctuated by hints of white-fleshed fruits.

Palate:

Generous and fresh, this cuvée reveals a bright, crystalline profile. Its mineral-driven character is accompanied by mouthwatering tension, offering both richness and depth with a refined sense of balance.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Frogs, snails, pan-fried pike-perch with parsley.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2029.
