Wine:

The 2022 Rully White is a vibrant, mineral-driven wine with remarkable precision and clarity. Sourced from four parcels, it reveals notes of chalk and citrus, framed by a touch of finely judged oak.

On the palate, it offers impressive tension and energy, with a concentrated, ripe texture balanced by fresh acidity. Subtle hints of lemon and grapefruit add brightness, while the finish is long, crisp, and impeccably clean. Outperforming its village status, this is a wine of depth and finesse. Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines planted between 1949 and 2007 over a total area of 3 ha 31 ares 87 ca. Direct pressing without crushing, static settling for 48 hours. Vinification and ageing for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which are new, followed by 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled according to the lunar calendar.

Aromas of citrus and lemon mixed with chalky notes and a touch of oak.

Palate:
