The 2023 Red Marsannay Cuvée Saint-Urbain is all about purity and finesse. Made with one-third whole bunches, it shines with bright, expressive Pinot fruit. The oak is subtle and restrained, letting the wine’s floral and gently spicy aromas take center stage. The texture is airy and elegant, with a silky feel and real finesse. This is the kind of Burgundy we love—vibrant, delicate, and beautifully crafted. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested in small 15 kg crates. Vinification in stainless steel vats, including 33% whole grapes, moderate punching down and pumping over, spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in demi-muids, including around 15% new wood, then 5 months in stainless steel vats.Certified organic wine.
