The 2022 red La Vigne d'Emile Pinot Noir Burgundy is a lesson in simplicity and effectiveness combined. It features a pure nose with well-defined maturity and notes of warm strawberry, paired with a light structure. This lovely wine delights immediately. The restrained aging allows the emergence of fresh, expressive fruit, edged with fine tannins, offering pure drinking pleasure. A wine to be enjoyed in its youth!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, totally de-stemmed, pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out entirely in stainless steel vats, aged for 7 months.

Color:

Bright red with good intensity.

Nose:

Classic Pinot with warm strawberry aromas.

Palate:

Fine and delicious, with fragrant fruit, this cuvée offers immediate pleasure, with fine tannins, to be enjoyed young.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Pâté en croûte de canard, grilled poultry, lasagne à la bolognaise, vol au vent au poulet.
