The 2019 Saint-Estèphe Red wine from Cos Labory is a refined and polished Bordeaux. The nose offers aromas of ripe plum, stone fruits, and a touch of graphite, showcasing excellent ripeness and balance. The palate is smooth and harmonious, with fine, silky tannins and a finish that lingers with hints of liquorice. Already showing beautifully, this wine is ready to enjoy now but has the structure to evolve gracefully for a few more years. Awarded 92+/100 by the Selection Committee, it’s a standout example of the appellation.Vinification:
