The 2022 white La Combe Pilate IGP Collines Rhodaniennes presents itself with charming simplicity, offering notes of apricot, yellow fruits, and gentle spices. An approachable and versatile wine, it’s perfect as an aperitif, paired with goat cheese, or alongside a prepared fish dish.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, fermented and aged in demi-muids for 8 to 9 months. Malolactic fermentation. Very light stirring of the lees during the first months of ageing.Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic wine.
