The 2022 white La Combe Pilate IGP Collines Rhodaniennes presents itself with charming simplicity, offering notes of apricot, yellow fruits, and gentle spices. An approachable and versatile wine, it’s perfect as an aperitif, paired with goat cheese, or alongside a prepared fish dish.

A Selection Committee favourite, the 2022 Red Petite Ruche Crozes-Hermitage highlights the character of its grape variety with ripe, well-defined notes of dark fruits, smoke, and spice. Vinified and aged in cement tanks without oak, it delivers a supple, rounded texture with a vibrant, fruit-forward profile. Silky, well-integrated tannins add balance, making it approachable now while also suitable for aging over the next 5+ years.

Blended from parcels spread across the northern and southern parts of the appellation, the 2022 Red Deschants Saint-Joseph is a fine expression of its terroir. It reveals floral and fruity notes in a soft, approachable style. With a medium-bodied, fresh, and pleasant structure, it pairs beautifully with slow-cooked meats or a classic rabbit stew.
