A Selection Committee favourite, the 2022 Crozes-Hermitage Red Petite Ruche delivers the full character of its grape variety in a ripe and polished style, with notes of dark fruits, smoke, and spice. Vinified and aged in cement tanks with no oak influence, it offers a generous, supple structure with a vibrant, juicy profile. Silky, ripe, and enveloping tannins provide balance, making it a wine of immediate pleasure. Perfect to enjoy now or to cellar for another 5+ years.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified in cement vats with 2 pump-overs a day for 3 to 4 weeks after alcoholic fermentation, matured in vats, bottled the following autumn.
