An equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, predominantly from the 2020 harvest, the Champagne HVE Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs presents a refined balance of dryness and softness. Its ultra-fine bubbles are complemented by delicate notes of ladyfinger biscuits. Fresh and incredibly elegant, this champagne is perfect as an aperitif or paired with a fresh fruit dessert.Vinification:
Hand harvested, based on the 2020 harvest, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 4 to 6 months in stainless steel vats.Disgorged in February 2023.
