Wine:

Certified organic, the 2021 Côtes de Provence Emotions Rosé is an aromatic and fruity wine with a generous dose of citrus. Its fresh, supple, and slightly iodized palate, with good acidulous notes of fruit, is dynamic and fresh. It will be perfect as an aperitif, with sardines or with fresh cheese for example.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting at night. Destemming, crushing and direct pressing, fermentation and stabilization in stainless steel tanks.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Very pale rosé, barely orange.

Nose:

Pure, fresh and expressive through aromas of pink grapefruit and touches of red fruits.

Palate:

With a beautiful freshness, this rosé reveals a light, gourmet and thirst-quenching aspect, to be appreciated mainly as an aperitif!

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
