Absolutely breathtaking! The 2021 red Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Impériale Vignes Centenaires comes from very old vines in two sandy areas, Pied Long and La Crau. The result is a juice of great finesse, with exotic touches of blood orange and spices, complemented by beautiful black cherry fruit. The structure vibrates in harmony, in a silky register, with a finish of exceptional persistence. It is undoubtedly one of the wines of the vintage! Rated 97/100 by Parker.Vinification:

As a prominent force in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the Usseglio Raymond & Sons Estate stands out as a coveted producer. Crafting wines that are remarkable for their vibrancy and balance, it outshines many competitors, with few able to match its consistent excellence and sophistication.
Consistently acclaimed by Robert Parker, acquiring these wines has become increasingly challenging: the estate is overwhelmed with demand as soon as a new vintage is released.
