The 2015 Vin de France Arcane Le Diable XV Red, made from 100% Mourvèdre, hails from 17 parcels scattered across various soil types. This alluring wine delicately expresses notes of rose, smoke, sour cherry, and spices, all while showcasing remarkable purity. Meticulously aged in Austrian barrels, with one-third of the wine benefiting from oak, this careful approach enhances its elegance and softens its power. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged 30% in new barrels and 70% in small concrete vats.
