Jennifer and Thibault Denizot bring fresh energy to their winemaking, producing vibrant, full-bodied wines. Their whites are bright and structured, with a subtle bitterness that adds depth, while their reds are refined and graceful, showcasing delicate craftsmanship.

From prime parcels on highly calcareous caillottes soils, the 2023 White Osmoze Sancerre has been awarded 93/100 by the Selection Committee. With a pure, floral Sauvignon nose and a hint of minerality, it’s a perfect example of the appellation. The palate is precise, crisp, and refreshing—ideal for pairing with raw or grilled fish. A dependable choice, it has rightly earned its first star in the 2025 RVF Guide. Excellence like this is no coincidence!

True to its Pinot Noir roots, the 2023 Red Osmoze Sancerre is a tribute to both the terroir and the grape. The fresh nose, with accents of red fruits and cranberry, introduces the wine with elegance and energy. On the palate, it’s crisp and juicy, with raspberry flavors, delivering a wine that’s pure, precise, and perfectly concentrated, with delicate tannins. This is a standout wine, known for its refreshing, slightly tangy profile, with an aging potential of 5 to 7 years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
