Drawing from a wealth of old vines and native grape varieties, they craft fresh, precise, and impeccably refined cuvées that embody the spirit of Bierzo.

A fresh take on Iberian terroirs, this remarkable cuvée—highly praised by Parker—offers outstanding value. With its lifted aromas of red and black fruits and a refined, approachable structure, it’s a perfect introduction to the increasingly popular Mencia grape.

From a cooler vintage, the 2023 Red Bierzo El Castro de Valtuille Mencia Joven stands out with its smooth, polished profile and vibrant charm.
