Vinification:

Hand harvested in 15kg crates. Pneumatic pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged on fine lees.
Residual sugar 6g/L.

Bright pale yellow with golden highlights.

Nose:

Delicate, sunny aromas with notes of bergamot, lime blossom and verbena with a hint of minerality.

Palate:

An airy volume carries through a fresh structure and vibrant energy, with a long-lasting finish that is precise and well-defined.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
