The 2021 Red Brouilly Coeur des Feuillées is a wine made from old vines planted between 1920 and 1945, on a two-hectare parcel of granite and clay soils. The small yields, the whole harvest, the maturing in tuns give both a lot of concentration and a great elegance. The nose immediately evokes a ripe and juicy Gamay, with youthful fruit, peppery and spicy. The structure is still tight, with flavors of stone fruits, and requires some time to wait. This wine is intended for the table, for red meats in priority. A beautiful bottle and a lot of pleasure in perspective!

Laurent Martray is an inspired winegrower who puts all his dedication and talent into the service of the most beautiful parcels of Brouilly. In love with this terroir that saw him grow up, he creates beautiful, juicy, and stylish wines that only get more wonderful with aging. 


We have once again formulated with him a wine in line with our expectations, faithful to this wonderful Beaujolais cru. Its terroir of full hillside gives, on the 2021 vintage, a superb wine which amazes by its freshness and its concentration.
