Wine:

Bottled in the spring of 2017, the 2012 Red Margaux Chateau Bel Air Marquis d'Aligre is already drinkable, powered by pure aromas of fruit and a classic vintage that possesses a lot of balance. Unlike its neighbors, this wine adopts a fine yet racy style, without being marked by wood since there is no oak used in this process. It will last another twenty years without any problem, as proven by the previous vintages, which are always valiant and instructive.

Bright ruby red.

Beautiful aromas of red and black fruits accented with notes of graphite.

Palate:

Delicate and tasty, this wine offers precise and silky tannins that blend perfectly with this elegant structure.

Decant at least 2 hours before serving between 16 and 18°C.

Risotto with black truffle, duck breast and grilled potatoes, lamprey and its wine sauce.
