The Bordeaux Sarmentine Rouge 2021, a select 3-hectare vineyard parcel cultivated organically, is a tribute to Bordeaux. This pleasing and flawlessly crafted wine greets the nose with fresh red fruits and a floral hint. Its structured palate, not overly so, releases soft tannins and a silky texture, complemented by a refreshingly tart touch. The salty finish, maintaining its freshness, encourages dining, pairing beautifully with a pork chop in juice or roasted poultry. Rated 90+/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
3ha parcel selection near Saint-Emilion. Vines approximately 30 years old. Traditional vinification, extraction by pumping-over and delestage in concrete vats. Short maceration. Aged for 12 months in concrete vats. Bottled on the estate.Certified organic wine.
