The second wine, Chapelle d'Ausone, retains its prestige and allure. Featuring a significant proportion of Cabernet Franc, it offers a more accessible yet equally voluptuous and ambitious style as its predecessor. It opens with beautiful notes of juicy cherry and fresh fruits. The fine yet concentrated structure, adorned with noble and well-integrated tannins, concludes with a remarkably mineral finish.
