It achieves a fine balance between freshness and volume, with delicate floral notes complemented by subtle hints of toast and oak. Rich and full-bodied, this wine pairs beautifully with poultry or creamy fish dishes.Vinification:
Hand harvested, 100% destemmed. Traditional vinification, cold maceration for 3 to 4 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in vats. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new and 2/3 of 1 and 2 wines.Color:
