Wine:

From vines averaging over 50 years old and aged in demi-muids with 20% new oak, the 2022 white Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir offers a splendid profile that is dense, ripe, and impressively vertical. This exquisite wine is fresh and pure, marked by significant minerality and a perfect balance of richness and finesse. Ideal for pairing with fine fish dishes or excellent cheeses. Rated 95/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting, 7-month vinification in oak demi-muids, divided as follows: 20% of the harvest in new oak, 20% in one-year-old oak, 20% in two-year-old oak, and 40% in 4- and 5-year-old oak. Low-temperature alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation.
Aged 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
