Wine:

The 2022 red Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Beaune is a budding young wine that showcases the high potential of the vintage; a Pinot with delicate aromas, well-endowed in terms of tannins and structure, with restrained oak that frames the whole to highlight its freshness. The crunchy and juicy aspect of this fine Burgundy from the Hautes Côtes is particularly appreciated here, with a potential of 5 years and more. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested in 12 kg crates. Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days in concrete vats. Pigeage exclusively at the foot of the barrel for greater delicacy.
Aged in barrel for 12 months (no new barrels).

Color:

Bright, dense ruby-carmine red.

Nose:

Very fine Pinot, marked by notes of red and black fruit.

Palate:

Fresh and juicy with full-bodied fruit, this wine releases juice with fine, silky tannins, giving the whole a crisp appearance.

À servir entre 16 et 18°C
