Wine:

This ripe and floral Chardonnay, the 2022 white Burgundy, maintains the creamy aspect of its youth with very restrained aging. It's a wine of character, taut, fresh, with good mouth volume – a bottle that will, of course, come into its full dimension and radiance in six months to a year. Best enjoyed over three to five years, ideally with frog legs or chicken fricassee in garlic and parsley. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Wine made from grapes grown in the Hautes Côtes region. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out 50% in barrels and 50% in vats.
Bottled without filtration.
