Born from a cool vintage and vinified with 60% whole clusters, the 2021 Red Quebrada Chalinga from Limarí Valley reveals delicate notes of pepper and tobacco, with finely structured tannins that perfectly complement the wine's natural fruit sweetness. Hints of raspberry and pomegranate blend with a subtle touch of woody spice, creating a profile of exceptional finesse and elegance that reflects its unique limestone and granite terroir, near the ocean. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification using indigenous yeasts and 60% whole grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
