The 2023 White Amphora is a 100% Vermentinu from granite-rich parcels, vinified in clay amphorae without added sulphur. To preserve the purity of the grape, there’s no skin maceration, allowing its natural character to shine. The nose offers delicate notes of syrupy pear, enhanced by the subtle influence of the lees. On the palate, it’s remarkably smooth and balanced, with a clean, precise finish. This is a versatile wine, perfect with grilled fish, and it will develop beautifully over the next three to five years. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand-harvested from granite plots, vinified in clay amphora for 1 month and aged for one month in amphora. No added sulphur, fining or filtration.Certified organic and biodynamic wine. (not mentioned on the back of the label)
