Wine:
Made entirely from Carcaghjolu Neru, a rare indigenous grape of the island, the 2020 Red Vin de France Donu di Cinarca is a wine of character, complexity, and charm. Aged partly in 500-liter barrels and jars for 30 months, it reveals intense floral notes of rose and wild berries, along with subtle smoky hints, all in a precise and refined profile shaped by its extended aging. The palate is beautifully structured, with a rich, smooth texture, ripe tannins, and a lively energy, complemented by spicy flavors and touches of stone fruit. Absolutely delicious!
