Vintage after vintage, the 2022 Alsace Grand Cru Wineck-Schlossberg Riesling reveals increasing expressiveness, precision, and aromatic intensity. It offers a smooth, creamy texture with a deliciously spiced and flavorful finish.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in 15kg crates. Pneumatic pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged on fine lees.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of citrus, lime zest and a floral touch of white flowers.

Palate:

A chiseled, straightforward, firm freshness, with citrus fruit underlining remarkable maturity and a delicately saline finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Seafood platter, scallop carpaccio, salmon tartar with citrus fruits.
