A blend of Trousseau, Pinot Noir, and Poulsard grown on clay, limestone, and marl soils, the 2022 red Arbois No Sin Tou Tsefs is a fresh, easy-drinking wine with a delicate infusion, perfect for those who appreciate finesse. It's an excellent introduction to Jura reds and a showcase of the domaine's stylistic virtuosity.Vinification:
Hand harvested in the morning. 40% whole grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in vats using indigenous yeasts. Maceration without sulfur for about 20 days. Aged for 10 months in foudres and barrels. Production of 9,999 bottles.Locations: Au Vernois, Pré-Levrons, Gaillard, en Longchamp (Montigny), aux Mélinaux (Arbois). Jura clay, limestone and marl soils. Vines planted between 1954 and 2002, organically grown and undergoing certification since 2020.
