A trusted name in the Terrasses du Larzac and awarded one star by the French wine guide RVF, La Réserve d’O stands out for its remarkably fresh and expressive wines.
Frédéric and Marie Chauffray have chosen high-altitude vineyards on the foothills of the Larzac plateau, crafting their wines with organic and biodynamic practices. The result? Incredibly silky tannins and a velvety texture that is nothing short of stunning.
Their wines are vibrant, joyful, and bursting with energy, offering a rare combination of depth and freshness. A true success story—one we previously highlighted in the pages of our magazine, Racines.
