Wine:

Boasting 80% Syrah, the 2021 Red Pic Saint-Loup Grande Cuvée  presents an undeniable allure and enjoyment at every sip. The wine's smoky, bacon-like undertones from the grape harmoniously intertwine with ripe, generous black fruits, all enveloped in a smooth, juicy texture brimming with freshness. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, aged for 12 months in rotating barrels and stainless steel vats.

Certified organic wine.

Bright, intense vermilion red.

Nose:

Beautiful finesse, both smoky and powdery, well marked by syrah at good maturity.

Palate:

Suave, almost silky, its fresh, juicy texture seduces us. In short, a real gourmet nugget.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Country terrine, Iberian pluma grilled a la plancha, veal sauté with olives and tomatoes, lamb chops with thyme, roast poultry.
