Blending Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache, the 2020 red Terrasses du Larzac Accords is a quintessential example of its appellation. The exceptional 2020 vintage elevates it to new heights, offering notes of soot, macerated black fruits, spices, and wild herbs, all within a finely aromatic ensemble with delicate and subtle oak. Its richly dense structure produces a wine that is both generous and refreshing—a delight! This is a great bottle to pair with spicy dishes, slow-cooked meats, a beef shank, or osso buco, for instance. Rated 93/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Traditional vinification. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels before bottling.

Dark red with purple highlights.

Nose:

Fragrant with aromas of macerated black fruits, spicy notes and fine oak.

Palate:

Rich and generous, this cuvée offers full-bodied juice with a good density, which is fresh and easy to digest. The well integrated tannic structure combines power and elegance.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
