The 2018 Red Languedoc-Pézenas L'Equilibre lives up to its name! Notes of black fruit and laurel express freshness and maturity in sumptuous harmony. The structure is just as masterful, with a juicy, clean, pure texture and fruit, nothing but fruit! Very Languedoc, appreciable for its digestible aspect, between silk and velvet, this Southern wine without excess will please all wine lovers. Perfect balance!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, selectively sorted, aged for 15 months in foudres and demi-muid.

Certified organic wine.

Intense, brilliant red.

Nose:

After aeration, the nose expresses freshness and maturity, marked by black fruit flavors and notes of laurel leaves.

Palate:

Pure and straightforward, this juicy-textured wine reveals a very Languedoc aspect, appreciated for its digestibility, between silk and velvet and without excess. A wine ready to be enjoyed!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
