Wine:

The Red IGP Gard Reserva Especial No. 11 is a unique blend of seven vintages, spanning from 2015 to 2021, crafted with remarkable balance and originality. Aged in demi-muids and large foudres, it reveals elegant aromas of dark berries complemented by a delicate hint of oak. The palate is smooth and refined, with a beautifully powdered texture, chalky tannins, impressive depth, and an exceptionally long finish. Simply superb. Rated 95/100 by The RVF Guide.

Vinification:

Matured in demi-muids and tuns of 12 Hl and 30 Hl.

Intense ruby red.

Nose:

Beautifully rounded, with blackberry aromas enhanced by subtle oak notes.

Smooth and elegant, featuring hints of vanilla and a delicate touch of wood.

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
