Shaped by a balanced vintage, the 2023 Côte Roannaise Oudan Red is fresh and deep, with delicate tannins. Its smoky, peppery aromas bring to mind a great Rhône Valley Syrah, while the palate is lively and bursting with crisp, juicy red fruit flavors. Pure and finely structured, it offers remarkable depth, precision, and sheer drinking pleasure!Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in wooden vats with 20% whole grapes, maceration in infusion for around 20 days, aged for 11 months in 60hl wooden vats.Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
