The smooth 2022 red Saumur-Champigny Terres Chaudes boasts superb Cabernet Franc in a classic structure, with a richness of fruit that ensures a radiant future over the next fifteen years. Vinification:

Hand-harvested in crates, 100% de-stemmed, fermented in 60 hl truncated-cone vats and aged for one year on fine lees in 600 l wooden vats and 12 hl oval vats.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Color:

Intense, brilliant ruby.

Nose:

Flavors of red and black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry, etc.) mixed with spicy, floral and vegetal notes.

Palate:

This wine is fruity and straightforward, with fine, elegant tannins and a long finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
