Wine:

The 2021 Red Chinon L'Huisserie, a single-vineyard cuvée, exudes beautiful aromas of charcoal and graphite, with subtlety and restraint. It is a wine of high concentration, both in substance and tannins. Still robust, it will reveal its full character peacefully over the next few years, with a potential to age for more than 20 years.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, aged for 12 months in concrete vats and 12 months in 500-litre barrels.
