A single-vineyard cuvée, the 2020 Red Saumur-Champigny Montée des Roches is a beautifully concentrated Cabernet Franc, sourced from 45-year-old vines. With its velvety texture, abundant fruit, and subtly integrated oak – a testament to masterfully controlled aging – this wine is both deep and subtle. It is ready to enchant today after decanting, or it can be cellared for another decade.Vinification:
