Rooted in Cravant-les-Coteaux, the heartland of Chinon's finest Cabernet Francs, Domaine de Pallus spans 14 hectares of limestone slopes — a prized location that has been nurtured by the Sourdais family since 1889.
Year after year, the estate demonstrates remarkable consistency, producing cuvées that showcase vivid aromas of red and black berries, shaped by the purity of these exceptional limestone soils. With organic farming and meticulous parcel-by-parcel vinification, Bertrand Sourdais crafts wines that reflect the unique identity of each plot.
The estate’s wines are aged for 5 years in the cellar before release and have earned a place on the wine lists of some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, including The Fat Duck in London, Caprice at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong, Pierre Gagnaire, and Le Taillevent in Paris.
