Wine:

With perfect ripeness, the 2022 White Saint-Véran La Renommée opens with floral notes, enhanced by excellent aging. The palate is dense and creamy, ample and elegant, with remarkable persistence. This great wine can easily age for another five to eight years in the cellar, or be enjoyed today with dishes like bouchées à la reine or baked sea bass with Béarnaise sauce. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, gently and slowly pressed, in bunches crushed by gravity.
Vinification with natural yeasts in barrels (23% new barrels).
Aged 12 months in barrels without racking (no stirring).

Intense golden yellow.

Nose:

Perfect ripeness for this Chardonnay, dominated by flowers, accompanied by fine ageing.

Palate:

Dense and racy with fresh fruity aromas, this wine releases a full, creamy juice with good persistence.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
