From the prestigious terroir of La Londe-les-Maures, the 2022 Côtes de Provence Symphonie Rosé combines finesse and elegance with great purity. Very ethereal, with citrus and crisp white fruits, it unfurls a beautifully fresh juice, fresh and light, with great finesse, liveliness and a pleasant zesty sensation. The pink grapefruit finish is a perfect match for southern cuisine or Thai-inspired dishes.Vinification:
Hand harvested, cold maceration before pressing. Temperature-controlled vinification and ageing in vats on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.Certified organic wine.
