Wine:

The 2022 IGP Méditerranée Palm Rosé has a delicate and fresh fruitiness, with beautiful aromas of citrus fruits and light red fruits. It is a light, easily digestible, and crunchy rosé that is easy to drink as an aperitif or with seafood throughout the summer. With this Magnum format, treat yourself to a renewed conviviality!

Vinification:

Mechanical night harvest, 100% de-stemmed, short skin maceration before pressing, low temperature settling, alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation blocked to preserve the freshness of the aromas.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Very pale rosé with bright silver reflections.

Nose:

Delicate and fresh with hints of citrus.

Palate:

This rosé is crisp, light and easy to digest.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
