A benchmark for Provence rosés, the 2021 Côtes de Provence Whispering Angel Rosé offers a magnificent dose of the Mediterranean. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Vermentino, it has a pleasing fruitiness and exceptional freshness. Very intense, crisp, and refined, it finds this year an additional energy and tension thanks to its red fruit and citrus nuances. More than a rosé, it is a wine in its own right, perfect as an aperitif, but also with grilled fish or shellfish... The must-have of the summer!Vinification:
