Wine:

Bursting with fruit intensity, the 2022 red Côtes de Provence Prestige offers subtle smoky notes of grilled bacon, alongside touches of red fruits and black pepper. The wine has a dense structure, with ripe and fresh juice that firmly focuses on fruits and spices, presenting a modern expression of Provence reds. This perfectly balanced and intense wine delicately and freshly expresses the three classic varietals of the region: Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre. It pairs wonderfully with meats seasoned with herbs from Provence or oriental spices, such as a tagine or a beef steak. Best consumed within three years. Rated 93/100 by the Committee.
